Emma aims to inspire inner reflection as well as human connection through her art.
Emma studied at Berklee College of Music and has performed her original music on stages across NYC, Boston and LA. She has released five EP’s - NY/BNE, Emma Joy - An Introduction, Sweet Love, Universal and Twists and Turns. Universal was launched at Sydney’s The Grounds of Alexandria in 2017. She produced a music video of her song Together as the Australian artist in the Songs for World Peace, a 2020 global initiative of artists from 60+ countries promoting world peace.
Emma’s latest venture is a music tutorial film project, Simply Iconic Music, which aims to inspire pianists of all abilities to play iconic music through her simple arrangements. Utilising her unique arranging and teaching skills, in these film tutorials Emma teaches customised piano arrangements of Taylor Swift’s All Too Well and Erik Satie’s Gymnopedie No. 1. The tutorials were filmed on a Fazioli grand piano at Phoenix Central Park’s The Church.
Along with the creation of music, Emma is passionate about the intersection of business and art, and holds an MBA from the University of Sydney.
